Love Yourself Day - February 15, 2020
Join a small cohort of women over a daylong workshop as we dig deep and learn how identify your anxieties with breathing, movement, and writing exercises. We’ll focus on the discovery of self: both the practical functions of your body: what it does, and why it does it, and the tools to train to calm down immediately – no matter the situation.
If your anxiety is always on your mind or your panic keeps you from presenting your best self, this workshop gives you everything you need to succeed!
On Your Feet Series
Join me for a 4-week series that begins with the Ten Breaths Away Starter Sequence and ends with a presentation worthy of your audience. Come prepared with a goal or piece to work on; we’ll use it from the start and work with it every step of the way.
Weeks 1 + 2 focus on the physical preparation and rehearsal foundations using the Ten Breaths Away Starter Sequence
Week 3 allows for in-class rehearsal, personal assessment, and refinement
Week 4 provides space for final rehearsal and piece presentation to show off how far you’ve come!
This series is a quick and dirty way to get your skills up to par and your piece on it’s feet – ready to take the world on.
One-Day Brush Up Workshop
Come prepared with a piece you’re working on (pitch, conversation, or something else) and join me for a 5 hour workshop that expands on the basics of the Ten Breaths Away Starter Sequence, an anatomy lesson, and best of all, gives you a clear set of tools to use when working on your individual voice goals.
This workshop also includes an in-person assessment of your current needs and specific practices to rehearse and build upon and a break-out session that allows for personal coaching and rehearsal time.
The day ends with a fun, no-pressure presentation of your piece and you’ll leaving feeling both prepared and confident that you’ll get what you want!
